Opening times/days vary seasonally, orange bags and certain items are not accepted. For opening times and further information, visit the council website pembrokeshire.gov.uk/waste-and-recycling-centres/winsel-waste-and-recycling-centre
Recycling BinsSpecific types of recyclable waste can be placed in special bins at Manchester Square and Spikes Lane car parks. Some of the local Charity Shops will also accept "resellable" donations.
