The joint Area 43 Round Table and Area 46 Ladies Circle Rally will take place at The Village Hotel in Swansea
on Saturday 15th November 2008. The main feature of the event will be the Fancy Dress dinner and dance. The theme
for this year’s Rally costumes is Holiday Destinations and a full list if the draw results, is included on this
website. You will notice that there is also an option to supply a ditty and/or a cocktail, this is optional but
it was often great fun during past events – especially for the Chairmen who will be doing the judging.
Please let me have an idea of numbers as soon as possible because the location lends itself to optional extra activities including visiting the pubs of the famous Mumbles Mile, 10-Pin Bowling or Go-carting. I have included an entry form with this letter. (Area Rally is a joint event at which partners and guests over 18 are welcome. This invitation also includes prospective members, past members and anyone who has supported your Table in the past.)
Below are internet rates for rooms at the Village Hotel, Swansea on Rally Weekend. Please book your accommodation via the internet to ensure best rates and inform either Dan or Heidi of your booking. Bookings are also accepted at a slightly higher rate if you call the hotel direct.

Late News
For those of you who choose to stay overnight, we have arranged a special 'Late Breakfast.' Any of our guests who book normal B&B rooms at the Village Hotel, can join us for a late breakfast at no extra charge. The Late Breakfast option will be served from 11:00 to 11:30 on Sunday Morning.
We look forward to your Table/Circle and partners supporting this weekend of fun and friendship.
